No Return & Refund Policy

At Fresa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (freeze-dried fruits and consumables), all sales made through our website are final. This means that once a purchase has been completed, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

We kindly request all customers to carefully review their order, including product selection and delivery details, before completing the purchase to ensure it meets their expectations.


Order Dispatch & Cancellation Window

Orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within this 12-hour window by contacting our customer support team immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the order, as it has already been handed over for shipping.


Promotional & Sale Items

This no return and refund policy also applies to items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.


Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but we understand that occasional issues may occur during transit. Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your items thoroughly.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following details in your report:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)

Once we receive your report, our team will promptly evaluate the situation. If your claim is approved, we will take the necessary corrective action, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
